Types of spaces available:
Upper Level spaces are located on the 1st floor with access via a hoist (like a passenger lift) and stairs, utilising the trolleys on site. They have 1m wide swing doors opening outward. Ground Level spaces may be on a Walkway on the ground floor within a building, that may be up to 18m from a driveway. The majority of these spaces have a roller door access. DriveUp spaces have a roller door facing a driveway where large vehicular access is adjacent.
Standard Rate Prepayment Discounts: 3% off for 3 months, 6% off for 6 months, 10% off for 12 Months.
