Lawnton consists of 430 spaces with a selection of smaller sizes, mostly larger spaces. (3m x 3m or larger).

Lawnton is managed with our Brendale site to give you access to a full range of available sizes in the local area.  

To view a particular space or inspect our facilities, you will need to attend during office hours. If it is inconvenient for you to attend during our regular hours, we make appointments for Move Ins after hours and on Sundays and holidays.

Types of spaces available:

Upper Level spaces are located on the 1st floor with access via a hoist (like a passenger lift) and stairs, utilising the trolleys on site. They have 1m wide swing doors opening outward. Ground Level spaces may be on a Walkway on the ground floor within a building, these are our most secure spaces. The majority of these spaces have a roller door access. Drive Up spaces have a roller door facing a driveway where large vehicular access is adjacent.

Monthly Rental: Minimum Stay 1 Month, thereafter payable as required.
Weekly Rental: Minimum Stay 1 Week. Admin Fee $20 and Cleaning Fee $20 applies to weekly rentals.

Before booking a space:

Check how much you have to store to ensure you book a space of sufficient size. Use the Space Calculator.

Determine if you want convenience and accessibility (Driveway), more security and savings (Upper Level) or something in between (Ground Level). Driveway is suitable for short term stay (or vehicles) with Ground and Upper Level more suited for longer term.

Read through the standard Terms & Conditions for storing at a self storage facility. Spaces are cleaned and pest controlled before you move in. You will need to provide a padlock to secure your space or you can purchase one from us ($10 to $13). Contents insurance is recommended for your goods. We provide an optional Insurance Policy at $1.50 per month per thousand dollars cover required.

Photo ID is required prior to move in and issue of security PIN code for use at the Gate.

When you book, all costs are included in the monthly rental fee. You are required to keep your payments in advance to ensure continued access to your storage space. After the first month storage fee, you may pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. 7 days notice is required prior to vacating your space.
